We hebben het dan over hoge werkdruk, stress, overspannenheid en <\/span><span data-slate-leaf=\"true\" data-offset-key=\"6396:4\">burnout<\/span><span data-slate-leaf=\"true\" data-offset-key=\"6396:5\">. data-offset-key=\"6399:1\">Onze PSA module bestaat om te beginnen uit een intelligente digitale <\/span><span data-slate-leaf=\"true\" data-offset-key=\"6399:2\">vragenlijst<\/span><span data-slate-leaf=\"true\" data-offset-key=\"6399:3\">. Het invullen hiervan kost gemiddeld tussen de 6 tot 16 minuten, afhankelijk hoe het met iemand gaat. Na het afsluiten van de <\/span><span data-slate-leaf=\"true\" data-offset-key=\"6399:4\">vragenlijst<\/span><span data-slate-leaf=\"true\" data-offset-key=\"6399:5\"> ontvangt de deelnemer digitaal een rapportage waarin hij\/zij kan lezen hoe het met hem\/haar gaat. De oorzaken van PSA zijn namelijk velerlei en zijn vaak een combinatie van priv\u00e9, werk en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen (denk aan COVID-19). De A&amp;O psycholoog gaat in dialoog met de werknemer om vast te stellen wat er nu precies speelt \u00e9n \u2013 nog belangrijker \u2013 wat er moet gebeuren om weer in balans te komen. Soms verwijzen we door naar een externe partij.
