The absence stopper
The Verzuimstopper aims to preventively address 52% of all absenteeism days. It was developed in collaboration with the AMC in Amsterdam. We first screen which employees are at risk of dropping out by means of digital questionnaires and then deploy targeted interventions. This way we manage to prevent absenteeism in approximately 80% of cases. The scan is also covered by Article 2.15 of the Working Conditions Decree.
